New Moon Sound Bath

Virgo is highlighting this new beginning lunation. Let’s celebrate with a ceremony of sound on this day of Dharma. The energy is inviting us to set goals around our well being and reminding us that the foundation of our lives is found at home. This includes your body and how you care for self. With the frequencies in mantra and sound, magic happens and systems align and heal. Honor yourself with a practice in ritualizing the health of your temple. 

Some props available on first come, first serve basis. Bring your yoga mat, blanket, or whatever you need to be comfortable as you show up for yourself at this New Moon.
