Join us in a discipline/tapas of continuous Earth Days with a yoga practice of grounding and anchoring to our planet through body movement/asana led by Jaime and vibrational sound therapy offered by Renee. We will then emerge in this lunation and plant seeds with intention in restorative surrender held in the frequency of sound medicine.
